After nearly 30 year career in IT and military leadership, I felt a divine nudge: I was called to do more than just manage IT systems - I was called to grow leaders.

For most of my career, I led from behind the scenes - solving problems, guiding others, building success without needing a spotlight. However, I realized something powerful: there are so many leaders like me who are capable, trusted, and influential who feel stuck. Leadership is a calling - not a title

Just because someone has a title doesn’t mean they’re a leader—and just because you don’t have a title doesn’t mean you’re not. True leadership begins with a calling: a deep sense that you were made to guide, serve, and influence others for good. I believe every person has the potential to lead, and my mission is to help them recognize, own, and activate that calling with confidence.
