Tracy Day is one of the first 40 Zig Ziglar Legacy Certified Coaches, Speakers and Trainers in the World, is a certified trainer in Human Behavior and Personality Traits, and an Amazon Best Selling Author.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management, owns a financial services business.

Tracy began his career in the United States Air Force serving nearly 14 years and worked in the information technology profession for nearly 30 years.  Growing up in a military family, he experienced leadership throughout his young life. His passion is to help organizations and people develop the leader within thru everyday leadership. He is extremely knowledgeable about leadership training and development and managing organizations. This is demonstrated within his coaching sessions, motivational keynotes and workshops.

Being adopted into a loving family changed his life to the tune of having a good-nature, fun-loving attitude.  He demonstrates that same attitude with his wife and three children. He uses a combination of humor and storytelling to educate, empower, and engage his audience.
